Antenatal care means regular check-ups during pregnancy, so that the health of mother and baby is followed from the early weeks until delivery. Postnatal care continues after birth, while the mother’s body recovers and the baby settles in. At Anam Clinic, pregnancy care is led by a lady gynaecologist, Dr. Anam Khalid.

Questions patients ask
How often should I come for check-ups during pregnancy?
It depends on your stage of pregnancy and your health. Visits are usually spaced out in the early months and become more frequent near the due date. The doctor will give you a schedule at your first visit.
Can I have my ultrasound and tests at the same clinic?
Yes. Ultrasound and laboratory services are available at the clinic, so scans, tests and your check-up can usually be done in one visit when the doctor advises them.
